I’m somehow feeling brainwashed after watching this super hypnotizing video (directed by British director and photographer Matthew Donaldson) and sound from Zebra Katz: Lst Ctrl on Nowness.com. And I want his coat.

Those classic slipons were once worn by Mediterranean fishermen, farm workers and artist like Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali. Spanish manufacturer The Rice Co has redesigned this heritage using the same molds in the same factory where expert shoemakers have been making them for decades. Available in a wide range of fancy colour combinations for reasonable 39 EUR. One pair for every harbour, boys?
How gorgeous is the new Caravaggio Wall Lamp from Lightyears designed by Cecilie Manz? Little beauty will light up your life wherever you want – in your reading corner, your bedroom or your corridor. Available in black and white. Styling: Yellows
Today I’m loving the AW 2013/14 collection from GON, a young Austrian label founded by Christina Steiner, a graduate of Raf Simons and Veronique Branquinho at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Especially the nitfy accessories (light pink combined with metallic green, wohoo!) have caught my eye. Available in their own webshop.
I don’t know but I’m totally intrigued by the collaborative unisex sweatshirt collection from print-frenzy label MSGM and the image-only Italian magazine ToiletPaper. Available at Colette, Lane Crawford, LuisaViaRoma, SSense and The Corner. Via Wallpaper.
To be honest: I really hate sale time. So many temptations, so much hesitating and in the end my size is always sold out. But this time things went swimmingly and those fabulous items made it into my shopping basket. Tropical Intarsia Sweater from Opening Ceremony via Matchesfashion (50% off!) // Orange Cocktail Dress from MSGM via Emeza // Perforated Espadrilles in Acid Sorbet from Dolce Vita via Shopbop // Blossom Nailpolish from Barielle via Niche Beauty // Riga Skirt from Dansk in Dusty Pink. Tadaaa!

Thinking of sunglasses you probably wouldn’t think of Norway, no? But I bet from today on you will as Norwegian newcomer label Kaibosh shows up with their ubercool sunglasses and optical glasses. All glasses are made by hand with one vision: that eyewear should be affordable and fun. And they are affordable indeed, 100 EUR each, so now I will head over directly to their webshop and cop my favourite pair! (or maybe these?)
Did you enjoy the great weather, lovelies? I wore this summery flamingo-bingo-coral-focused outfit: Transparent White Mesh Top from COS // "Too Too Hot" Nailpolish from Essie – a sizzling rich red / Lightweight Printed Layered Skirt from Hien Le // and I finally organized my bits and bobs with this extra small coral Kaleido Tray from Hay. Yay.
The DLM Table from HAY has been on my wishlist for a long time now. By the way it’s full title is “Don’t Leave Me” which makes the message simple: Bring me along! (awww). From August on it will be available in a range of four new candy colours: lavender, powder, mint and racing green (for example at Nest). I just can’t decide which colour to buy… Help!
Who said dark songs don’t work on bright summer days? Listen to this, you sunny people – “Mountain Grave” from Anna von Hausswolffs wonderful album “Ceremony”.
My obsession for plywood is getting bigger every day. I mean, how cool is this gradient painted plywood cabinet from Swedish manufacturer How Are You (and all the other fantastic stuff like gradient cushions and type posters)?
God, the Studio Nicholson-madness continues… If you haven’t fallen for this label yet (which is … uhm… kind of impossible) – Nick Wakeman’s FW 2013 collection will finally blow your mind. I don’t know – on which pink(!) item should I get my hands on… the top? the pants? the coat?
Actually I’m not a fan of blogger campaigns but there’s a good reason why I’m following the calls – I’m writing this post today because I feel the urge to show my love and support for a wonderful online magazine: Flair Magazin. As you might already have heard the sad news that the print version of Flair has already been closed down. But there is still a chance for Flair Online to live on. Are you with me, lovelies? Then like, follow, twitter, watch and help saving this inspiring space. Thank you.
