I’ve been searching for a metal hair cuff like this for so long and today I finally got them at H&M. Last time they were sold out quickly, so I also took one home for you, lovelies. And all you’ve got to do to win is to like INATTENDU on Facebook and afterwards leave a comment below with your email address until Thursday, 5th January. Good luck!
WE HAVE A WINNER! True Random Number Generator says it’s comment 22! Congrats Nimrel!
Today je vois la vie en rose – as I love roses (and oh their smell!) and most of all I love to have rosy cheeks with a dewy healthy glow. So first of all I grab my oversized Dusty Pink Mohair Jumper from COS and get myself out of the house for a long autumn walk. Back home again I sit down on the couch, tie my hair up and apply one of my favourites when it comes to face masks: By Terry Sérénité de Rose Mask available at Niche Beauty, a radiance booster par excellence, immediately restores freshness to tired and dry skin. Speaking of dry skin, my poor hands really deserve a hydrating treatment with the Intensive Hand Cream with Persian Rose & Argan Extract from Grown Alchemist, that leaves them looking beautifully supple, soft and revived. Then I just lean back on the couch, meanwhile all those little helpers work for me and enjoy reading the 8th issue of the Gentlewoman. After rinsing the mask off, it’s showtime for the RMS Living Luminizer, a little gem I can’t recommend highly enough. It’s the ultimate highlighter for creating a sensuous, sheer, luminous glow without being sticky, greasy or glittery, it just looks very natural.
Now have a rosy Sunday, lovelies!
Well, this will not become a beauty blog but as I always share the things I like, I got to share my latest crush with you today. I came across the haircare products of Sachajuan some time ago. Founded in Stockholm by two hairdressers, Sacha Mitic and Juan Rosenlind, Sachajuan is designed to create healthy shine, bounce and volume. Their formula is based on the nourishing Ocean Silk technology, a combination of algae’s and other tailor made ingredients. I got my hands on some products for dry hair: the "Dry Hair Shampoo", "Hair Repair", an intensive treatment and the "Styling Cream", which protects from heat and leaves the hair soft and silky with superb shine. And believe it or not – it works! My hair has never been so shiny and bouncy and – as this blog is also about interior: the elegantly understated bottles are the new stars in my bathroom. Available for example at Quartier206.
The easiest way to fight the current heatwave is to take a cool shower. Let’s talk about my current favourites from Susanne Kaufmann: the shower/shampoo is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and skin care in one and smells very fresh of herbs while the tensides contained in the shower/shampoo are obtained from sugar which makes it especially skin-friendly and PH-neutral. After stepping out of the refreshing shower I love to apply the body lotion, which absorbs very quickly (a big plus on hot summer days!). Fine poppy seed oil and vitamin E leave the skin pampered with a velvety feeling. For all my Swiss readers – you can get your Susanne Kaufmann products at this lovely onlineshop: rd-fm.
PS: I’m going to spend a few days at Susanne Kaufmann’s Hotel Post Bezau soon and I can’t wait to try out more of her organic beauty products. Stay tuned!
